[ RP with Alexa, MJ, and Task - search for Reilly ]

May sits on top of a ceiling, a few miles away from the Parker house, waiting for backup. She keeps looking at her phone every few minutes, waiting for Taskmaster to get back to her. She keeps checking the skies for Alexa and MJ -- or maybe Reilly

Alexa comes swinging in, landing with a thump. Subtle as always.

"Here," she says unnecessarily. "Any change?"

May pouts, and yes, you can tell that even with the mask on. "Nothing yet."

[alexa_parker]

"MJ's here. Let's start searching. Do you know where Reilly hung out? Manhattan, the Bronx?

[webstunner]

"I think...the Kitchen."

[alexa_parker]

Alexa nods. "Lead the way."

[webstunner]

With that, May fires off a web-strand, and the search begins again.

...In the completely opposite direction of where one Reilly Tyne lives, not that any of the Spider-Gals would know that!

Alexa shoots off after her, keeping pace with the younger girl. Only someone looking really closely would see the differences- slightly different boots, slightly different gloves, slightly different number of legs on the spider emblem...

May can't help but watch Alexa as they swing side-by-side. The small differences are fascinating -- a little disturbing, too -- but fascinating all the same.

"Wow. I had no idea our costumes looked so similar."

[alexa_parker]

Alexa grins under the mask. "'m your alt for a reason, May. I'm supposed to freak you out like that."

Her reach is a little longer than the other girls, so to keep from passing May, she takes longer arcs across the street. For the sheer heck of it, she does a somersault off a lamppost.

"Show-off!"

It's really a pity they haven't come across as thugs yet. She doesn't have super-cool webbing, and she's been out of practice a little too long to do gymnastics -- but May would love to show them her repelling skill.

((It's night! My bad, I thought I mentioned that.))

"Better believe it, Maddie!"

Alexa smirks. If her alt is anything like she is, getting called by the wrong name should tick her off. If not, it's way better than Mayday.

"Maddie? What? That's a new one."

Now, kid? Or "spider", the way Reilly's been saying? Those are annoying. But Maddie, what the heck is that?
