Just got back from the gym. Did rows at 40lb, lats at 60 but had to back off to 55, abs, back frame, biceps at 15, triceps (kneeling) at 8, rear and upper deltoids at 8, chest at 15, front deltoids on a machine, in, up and down thigh muscles, on machines.
The current plan is full-body workout twice a week. I'm definitely seeing the benefits, but I also really struggle to finish the 90 minute workout. It's not just fatigue in individual muscles, I tend to run out of gas all over before I'm done, and my bicep/tricep exercises are suffering because I do them last. I actually did only 2 sets of tricep exercises today. I'm thinking shorter more frequent workouts would be better.
Then I think about the probability of me actually moving my lazy self to the gym more than twice a week.
Current weight is 134 wearing workout clothes, waist 29", hips 28.25", and my biceps measure 10.25"
