It was a machine day today. Rows 40lb, lats 60lb, anterior/posterior deltoid 30lb, chest press I forgot the weight, bicep machine was broken, tricep 30lb, superior deltoids 6 lb (dumbbells), kicks, abs frame and reverse-situp frame. I love those frames, I really sweat using them.
I've come to the conclusion that home exercise isn't for me. I really need the "focus" of a gym environment to finish the workout.
