[It's been a while since he's logged on to this thing, especially since things back at home have been getting more hectic lately. Instead of spending his nights heisting like he used to, he's now spending them training in Tartarus with everyone else. It's even more tiring then stealing, but he does seem to be handling it well

[Glances up and grins at her]

Preparing for a card trick. [he fans out the deck] Wanna see one?

Sure, I'd love to see a magic trick!

Pick a card, any card.

[angelofmidgar]

[ She closes her eyes and chooses a card from the deck, looks at it, and puts it back, but not in the same spot. ]

[He shuffles the deck with his eyes closed, just to prove he isn't watching the card she replaced.

After a moment he places the deck on the table and leans over to brush his hand by Aerith's ear. He magically reproduces the card she picked earlier from thin air]

Is this your card~?

[ Oh, she sees the card and heeeeey, it's the card she chose. ] You're pretty good!

[eyebrow quirk] Pretty good? I'm the best there is!

Well, I've never seen a magic trick before, but then again, there might be better magicians out there.

[What is that skepticism] ... hey.

[ Well too bad, because she's been to better places 8( ]

I'm just saying--! I mean, it's not as good as the Gold Saucer.
