crap ton of snow.
they didn't even plow my street yet. not even once. not even last night! i guess maybe they were focusing on main roads and expressways and the like. it is pretty cool to look out your window and see a blanket of snow where the road used to be. it looks like during the night there was at least one truck-like vehicle that attempted to go down my street but the tracks stop halfway up the road. so they must have just given up, backed up and went back in their warm home.
where did they think they were going? you would think if they saw that the street was not plowed, there was a better than average chance that most places would already be closed. well, that is what i would think.
i wish i had bought the tubes for my mountain bike tires! right now i still have the slicks on from the summer and the tubes for those are too small for the bigger surface area of the knobby tires. but it would be fun to be riding my bike around outside...
