A: 946 Beulah Street

[Hey, parents. One of your kids isn't what he used to be. This is probably best seen by the way he's creeping around the house with the lamp he unplugged from the nightstand in the room he woke up in, assuming this a dream or a prank, but ready with a blunt object and a fairly good swing should the place turn hostile.]

( ( Totally casual. ) )

Your friends play jokes on you when you sleep too?

Usually only when I deserve it.

Ah, mine say the same thing too.

But don't worry! This isn't a joke.

I'm starting to catch on to that.

And... you might need better friends.

I can't find better friends; they're my best friends.

Has anyone told you anything yet? How much do you know?

[His point is that it's Prussia and pretty well anyone is better than Prussia, but he'll just let it go.]

I've been getting bits and pieces of information. It doesn't strictly make sense, but I have no way of refuting it, of course.

( ( Prussia is a perfectly fine nation. But then again, Spain lives on a peninsula far, far away from him. ) )

Yeah, it's all pretty fantastic. You'll get used to it after awhile. If you want, you can always find Inglaterra and hit him until he breaks his spell.

that is an excellent excuse, I must say. /jealous webfreedomftw May 16 2011, 07:45:08 UTC
[Whereas Estonia is still a bit cranky over the whole Teutonic crusader act Prussia had going on in his region eight hundred years ago.]

Will hitting England actually accomplish anything or is that just to make ourselves feel better?

It rained the entire time, haha |D; pasodoble May 16 2011, 07:56:41 UTC
( ( Oh, it couldn't have been that bad. Teutonic Order was like. Spain's hero back in the day. ) )

Wouldn't feeling better about yourself be an accomplishment?

okay, that makes me less jealous. :p webfreedomftw May 16 2011, 18:07:06 UTC
[In that case, dear Spain, it obviously wasn't the end of your neighbours taking you seriously.]

I'm not sure I'd actually feel better about myself, so much as laughing has positive effects on mental state, in the short term. I suppose that might be a minor accomplishment, though. Terribly minor.

( ( Man, no one's taken Spain seriously since. . . a long time, okay. Not that he noticed. ) )

It isn't that bad. A-ay, it's good to laugh every once in awhile!

If you say so, Spain.

It's true. You know, if you don't laugh, you end up like Inglaterra! It rains every day and you become grouchy and lonely.

... I'm fairly certain the correlation for mood and weather is the inverse of what you just implied it was.

I have too many neighbours to be lonely, anyway.

You can have neighbors and still be lonely.

Not my neighbours. Latvia and Finland are both terribly needy at times.

[It's all them, obviously. But don't get him started on Russia.]
