 [Why hello there, accidental video. Belarus has been prowling the streets with her knife, and in all her walking, it seems the communicator got turned on accidentally. All that can be seen in the video is the inside of her coat pocket, but it is bouncing along and you can hear the wind and crunching of wet snow and in general outdoorsy things.
