Enough bitching, and time for a real post.
I'm really excited for Freaknight tommorrow, and I hope everyone else is too! It is definetly going to be an awesome time and a great memory to have. I definately think I want to watch human traffic tommorrow while I get ready and get pumped up for the party, anyone else who wants to do that let me know - maybe it can be an event!! NICE ONE BROTHAAA!!!!
Since raving is kinda my thang, I definitely want everyone to have a blast. But I know that it's not gonna be everyone else's thing either. So I just want everyone to know they shouldn't feel pressured by me at all to stay the whole time. It can be tough to anywhere for 6 hours - especially some place that is playing music you don't listen to REALLY FUCKING LOUD. With tons of fucked up crazy looking people walking around you. I love it but again it's not everyone's piece of cake.
So here are some things you can do to pass the time at a rave:
Easy to do things:
You can simply watch the people on E who think they can dance really well, dance funny - don't let on that you think they dance funny though! Or they might get paranoid and do something else!
Watch the people that can really dance well dance. There are some amazing pop n lock and breakdancers in the scene.
Watch fire dancers. I'm sure at this party there will be some people either dancing with fire or twirling it (poi)
Maybe after a while:
Dance like crazy to the music even if you don't know what to do... If you move to the music it will look cool to everyone else no matter if there is a pattern or not!
Splurge on an energy drink. Why not get a little buzzed on some caffene - it can only make the night more fun right? Besides everyone else is doing it. heh heh heh...
Put your earplugs in and sit infront of a sub and just groove to the music... it's pretty neat how good 10,000 watts of bass on your back can feel. Just don't do it for too long or people might think you're hogging the woofer ;)
Maybe, just maybe
If you notice a really hot person staring at you with a binky in thier mouth ( pacifier ) chances are they WANT you, offer them a backrub and they won't say no.
