The Name Game
Hey all, this is a bit of an extraneous post and a way to avoid studying for my term test on contemporary Chinese politics for tomorrow morning.
A small portion of you may know that I write fanfiction, particularly a partially genderbent AU series. There are a lot of characters involved - nearly all - and I've gotten some reviews and messages saying things like, "I enjoyed this, but didn't really know who was who at certain points." Since not all characters have official names - especially the nyotalia versions - I do understand how throwing in things like, "And then Ingrid proceeded to choke Mathias with his tie, an action that Berwald, Tina and Jon were very accustomed to seeing" gets confusing.
