Mmmmm. Today is Saint Patricks' Day
My family isn't full-blood Irish or anything. In fact my Mom is the only one with any Irish on her side and that's only because the Lindsay's were a border-family. That makes my sister and I, part-Scotch-Irish. This year is the Shepards Pie year. It smells so HEAVENLY.
