SEEDS is going pretty well--I officially know most [if not all] of the kids' names. This year's been great so far, though the chemistries are different since so many of the older interns are gone and have been replaced by younger ones. It's still a lot of fun, though

Hello~! :D My summer reading books are "The Fountainhead" and "The Scarlet Letter". ::gags:: x__x;;

Fun. The Scarlett Letter is *THE* single-most-hard to read book ever. EVER. And it's dull. Nathaniel Hawthorne is like chewing through dry sawdust. Bleh. The storyline *DOES* get somewhat interesting as you go online, but the writing is a bit laborious.

I know. I've read it before. ::gags:: -____-;; It was a pretty lifeless book. And now I'll have to read it again. Yay.

But the book that I found hardest and most boring to read was "20,000 Leagues Under The Sea". >____< The author took up about three pages just describing the color of the fish. At one point I just gave up and skipped pages, reading only the dialogue. ::sighs:: I really hate boring books. And "The Fountainhead" is about 700 pages long... x___x;; ::knifewrist::

Ah...well, the Invisible Man is pretty lengthy, but plotwise and writing-wise, the author is great. Very raw, though.

I don't want to read "The Fountainhead". T__T It's too long... I got to page twenty-six out of eleventy-billion yesterday... ::sighs:: I just have to read a little slower than usual so I make sure I understand what it says. It's supposed to be "higher level", 'cause it's an AP class. -__-;; Grrr...
