Unexpected Intimacy in Homebase lift! 😂
Unexpected bizarre of the day... Experiencing almost intimate contact with the lady at Homebase 😱😁 who fabulously squeezed into the microscopic lift with me and my powerchair and helped me to achieve getting upstairs there 💗
This bloody powerchair is a right sod but no one knows whether it's the air tyres as opposed to the solid tyre, or the tyre tread but the other chairs never had this problem 😑 It will Not reverse straight, it won't turn from stationary and it hates different surfaces so attempting to reverse Up a ramp with three different floor surfaces means that the wheels grab but slip/jump. It's a total sod and never happened in the past 6 years of the other powerchairs.
Anyway I'm finally jammed in the lift when the lady managed to squish into the microscopic lift. We were now pretty much in a rather intimate position 😱😁 I hate lifts as it is and this was so Tiny, one of those where the lift walls go past you. Anyway after some seconds that felt like minutes as she couldn't turn to see the door and was stuck facing the wall she said "Can you see the door yet?" and I have to admit "No cos I'm not looking!" I'd my eyes shut which did make us laugh! But a positive visit and hopefully, depending on the information due tomorrow, a good result 😊
But fucking hell I am Knackered, but wired up so no sleep yet 😴😞
