I felt extremely stressed knowing that something was coming to my phone that would be expected to trigger the (feeling unsafe in my own home) agoraphobia. It meant I didn't want to check text or emails. Being forced to email the very person who'd made me feel harassed & threatened was dreadful . She replied earlier.
"Hi (victim) ,
Have read through your email and am sorry this invoice has been sent incorrectly, I agree to the amendments."
She then claimed to know nothing about the short calls (but Knew anyway of the wrong call & then the one where it had over run by an hour before), plus both carers rang it in.
"Im sorry if you are upset with me, and I am sorry I had to pull the care, I would of much preferred to give more notice to you, but struggled so hard to make sure your call was always covered. So then felt that it was better to pass onto a company that could fulfil all your needs and give you the care you required.

Really? And how many was it you missed? And how about what the carers said to me, that it was really weird as they did my lunch, went to the call in town then came back to mine for tea.
Anyway it's over. Closure.
At least until the CQC Inspector gets hold of them...
