Oh gods, I've eaten ALL the bonfire toffee, every scrap. And I only made it last night :O I am a pig! I must be due because I found myself trying to decipher my childish scrawl of decades ago about a creamy toffee recipe. It needs condensed milk which I don't have and I found myself wondering if it would be possible to make it with creamed coconut milk instead. Of course there's only one way to find out ............
