Sometimes I wonder why this is happening...

And I've done quite a lot of thinking,
And experiencing,
And I've found out.
Friendship will get you nowhere,
Sure, it's great to have a bunch of people who support you,
Who enjoy being in your company,
But it's all for naught.
Friendships that I have made in the past,
Have finally come back to haunt me.
They taunt my mind,
And are tugging at my heartstrings,
And I'm just about to break...
I'm only here because of you people,
And I'm starting to question it all.
Give me a reason not to.
Give me a fucking reason,
And I'll do it.
Get in your cage, Alfonzo,
Be a good boy, and I'll give you a treat...
