we'll be running around the yard whacking balls with mallets.
so work has gotten so much more annoying. i still only get an average of ten hours a week, add in i hate the way i get paid on this stupid debit card and i have to drive so far to get there and i'm really hoping i hear back from owens. i turned in two applications for a couple of student worker jobs, since i couldn't get back in at the gallery. i turned them in on monday, so i'm hoping to hear something by back early next week.
this weekend should be a total blast, though. it's finally here! THE KILLER CROQUET TOURNAMENT!! i'm so excited about this. we started talking about it back when ev and i went to pittsburgh to pick up tom. my team consists of me, ev, chris and chris's friend josh. we're "The Lost Skeletons," inspired by THE LOST SKELETON OF CADAVERA. we've got about four teams for the tournie, so it should be a good time. i've got some shirts to make for my team and i also still need to make a trophie. i think i'm going to just nail some boards together and maybe spray-paint it gold. glud some random things on it. luckily i've got tomorrow off, so i can work on it then.
now i think i need a nap.
