wow well i haven't written in my LJ for a while... i'ts been over 3 years since i wrote in my LJ from anywhere toher than my laptop. but as the subject says i've been called in when i'm not needed... i'll run my lines in a minute and see how word for word i am, but i figured i'd post something as i actually had a minute for once... and i'm sure you all love reading my random babble lol.
Well most of my life has been rehearsals... and it feels weird being called in but not doing anything... i feel naughty but i wasn;t doing anything in the room... i've updated my book i'm running my lines that's all i can do... and it's cold in there. at least i'm being vaguely productive in a way and i'm only next door so if i am needed they need only yell for me and i can scoot right next door.
ooh this keyboard is weird... so used to my laptop one. this one goes clickey-click.. and they keys are stiff and weird.
yesterday our characters were set tasks... and i had to write a song about my character... i'm so chuffed with it... so i'm going to type it up here. hahaha and you can all suffer the crapness that is my song-writing skills MWAHAHAHAHA!!!!
GRISELDA'S SONG
Verse 1
Far accross the sea in a country so fair
Was a maiden with Patience, and jewls in her ahir
She was wed to a man of a township so broad
where he tested her love, to him as her lord
Chorus
She was kind, she wair fair, she had patience to spare
When he tested her love, to him as her lord
Verse 2
The lord of the township decided one day
He would take kind Griselda's children away
She was sad, she was hurt, but she did not object
She knew in her heart, she could not protect.
Chorus
She was kind, she was fair, she had patience to spare
She knew in her heart, she could not protect.
Bridge
All accross the township the people did weep
When they witnessed the dealings, within the lord's keep
Verse 3
The lord in his plotting devised one last task
Sent Griselda right home, no clothes on her back
When she did not object, he saw then her true heart
Presented her children, who's been with their aunt.
Bridge
All accross the township the people did weep
When they witnessed the dealings, within the lord's keep
there we go - i think that tells ehr story vaugly enough if not fairly accurately, whoot :)
now is there anything else i can babble about? dunno it's been fairly weird at home.. but one of my favourite moments has been when Joe decided to open my coconut by smashing it on a stone on the beach, lol
right i'll sign off now.. and open word so if Joan does come fnid me, i'll look like i am doing some work hehe
