Toothless ✫ Tris ran into Toothless first thing when she arrived in Paris, and the Night Fury absolutely fascinated Tris. She's pretty aware Toothless is as smart as a person, and Tris really enjoys having someone to talk to that doesn't seem to judge her for what she is. She's also more comfortable around Toothless than around human beings, likely just because Toothless is an animal.
Soma Cruz ✔ Soma and Tris got off to a moderately rocky start with him sort of hurting her eyes like he did, but have since started getting along better. He introduced her to how the blackberries work, and has explained some of the things about the place that have otherwise mystified Tris. He also seems to have trusted her with something moderately sensitive about his past and his powers, and partly because she felt like she'd jammed her foot in it royally by that point, she shared some of her past with him. Aside from Toothless, he's probably the person she trusts the most out of all of the Manor's residents right now, though that's not really saying much. She wouldn't call him a friend yet, but he could very well be.
Kuja ✘ Tris is fairly sure he's either mad or telling the truth about how powerful he is. Given her ability to see powers she's aware it's more likely the latter, but the fact that he advertised it as part of introducing himself rubbed her entirely across the grain. Either way, he is too egotistical by half and something about him just rankles at Tris. She's decided that she does not like him, and is going to avoid him as much as she can.
Sebastian Michaelis ☛ He's a butler! He's also probably a demon, but Tris figures that if Soma can get by having that hanging over him, it's probably not such a good idea to make snap decisions about people based just on what their power comes from. Either way, he seems agreeable enough.
