weasley sweater for american girl(s)
hi! My name is Zara, and my best friend is going to England in the fall to study abroad for a semester. I've been preping to make her a Weasley sweater as a going away present for when she goes to visit Kings Cross (and when we volunteer to help when HP #7 comes out... :) , and I was wondering if any one had made one and was pleased - or not - with a particualr pattern. I'd like to make one for my self also to wear under my cloak... I mean winter coat at college.
I don't know what level of knitter I am. The first thing I ever made was a hooded sweater which is started and finished this January, and I've moved on to socks-two pair so far that actually look like socks. My next sock pair will be Gryffindor red and gold in wool.
