Not a stocking but mittens!
OK so I attempted a christmas stocking but failed miserably!
So, I thought- "what else would my friend like for a present at christmas time?" and then I remembered the fact that she told me only the week before that her mittens had a whole in them and she needed some more!also knowing that she often wears a gryffindor scarf I thought I would have a go at making her some matching mitts!
Problem- I have not yet mastered circular knitting and could not find a good 2 needle pattern:( so I made it up as I went along- resulting in one mighty fine pair of gryffindor mittens and an extremely happy friend!
I was going to post the pattern on here for you guys but only have a free account so can't! any suggestions of how I could? may be I could e-mail it to somebody and they could post it?
