yeah I'm still interested so for refrence though what would my dutys as co mod be ( i have a couple of comms myself but they more or less runn themselves)

thank you! Well, some things you should know...
I'm going to add you as a maintainer or whatever it's called so hopefully you will be able to see other people's comments and such, if there are questions that need to be answered, if you could help me out, that would be great.

Umm...one thing about that. If you are going to submit an icon or a vote, since you are a maintainer, your vote/icon will NOT be screened automatically, so please make sure it's screened.

As for voting, I try to count the votes right before I post the winners and as I count them I delete them, it just helps to keep track and such, you don't have to do that but, I do it.

When I post the icons, I don't delete the comment from the person that posted them.

Now I just need to find a banner maker for the last challenge.

and also when posting winners how do you do that do you upload them to a seprate photobucket accound and such

well, when I recieve the icons, I usually try to upload them, just incase someone's bandwidth runs out, then I post them for votingusing the url from where I uploaded them (photobucket: I made an account for both of my communities together)
If they win, I use the same url.

I was thinking of posting a new monthly challenge tomorrow or maybe friday. The Monthly Challenge is open for 2 weeks, while other challenges occur, and everyone submits their best icons for each theme.

hmm I would perfer my first to be a Weekly challenge but a monthly challenge sounds great do you run both at the same time?

You can post a weekly challenge as soon as the current challenge ends. I'll post the monthly challenge so that you can see how it works.
HERE is our first monthly challenge. The first 11 themes stay the same, the last one is special and changes each time.
