Was planning on a day when I could get some "in the way" stuff done, but woke up to some ants in the kitchen. They were tripping over themselves searching for the cat barf Cookie dispensed over the stereo speaker.
Ants are not unusual in the stretches of blistering dry style heat we have right now, but it is very annoying timing.
