Keep trying to find the font they use for the new Doctor Who novels - and i keep failing - i can't find it anywhere! grrrrr....
Anyhoo - in other news - saw PotC 2 today! Dead man's chest
Still not sure about it in comparison to the first - but can say with some certainty that i now hate Elizabeth more than i did last time (anyone who's seen the film? go to ask a ninja and watch the review podcast - tis funny!) the way she is towards the end of the film - through mum moaned about Will just steadfastly glaring - personally, it swung of, him giving in and surrendering to the fact he'd lost her. *sighs* Will may be a feeble twat - but he and Elizabeth were made for each other, or at least so it seemed in the first one.
It's a little funky having to wait for the next one, after it took so long for this one to get going, but hopefully that'll mean that the same problem won't appear in the next 'at earth's end' or whatever it is it's being called. (should be 'The end of the Eart'' lol)
everyone now seems to be a pirate - norrington's an evil twat (he was kinda good last time) or sailed through a hurricane *blinks* - but gibbs is still as good as ever, as is Jack *meep*
He's gotta be in the next film! he makes the film! (ignores the fact i've done the very same thing, lol, it's common in everything these days - people die for a plot line/leap)
One thing is, i'm pretty sure that, on it's own, Dead man's chest isn't a better film than the first - but with the next one? it might be on a par. Might be. We'll have to wait and see.
Also - anyone else notice the amzing amount of British actors that are in it? taggart guy! lol.
