I have been with out cable tv and internet in my home for almost a year now, and for some reason I keep fooling myself into thinking that I miss it.
What passes for popular music and entertainment for the average 20something person these days, is the biggest load of horse shit I have ever seen. My face still hurts from wincing at the tv screen for the last hour.
No wonder it seems that our next generation of young adults, are void of personality, a rounded opinion of anything, or any sort of manors.
Save brain cells, buy a news paper.
