Never thought Mass would be a cliffhanger :-) god I love politics sometimes and this is one of those times. All the possibilities for spin for message for what will happen.
As a Republican, I am more than glad that Scott Brown has a chance to take the senate seat and add some balance to the political climate. I have always had fears (justified I think) of one-party rule. It's a bad idea when it's Republicans and even worse when it's Democrats. Interesting to see how this election is spun...of course it's all going to be spin, Coakley has already been thrown under the bus. If she is elected, she has been characterized as a fool, idiot, incompetent ect...all things I'm sure you want in your elected official. My personal feeling is that Scott Brown deserves to win more than Coakley. He worked the politics, the message, campaigning, glad handing (even in the cold of Fenway).
I am curious what some of my Mass. friends think about this election...just how often did they call you? How obnoxious were the TV ads and did they change your mind, make you want/not want to vote for your candidate ect.
term.
In the end, this will be a referendum of the Democratic congressional actions, possibly of the Obama administrations 1st term. Personally, I hope its the beginning of the "Change" I had been promised :-)
