An Engaging Moment
So, I'm engaged! It was perfect. It was amazing and I'm happy.
Here are all the lovely details. Last fall, he wrote me a story in which we were the characters. It was a fairytale, it was sweet, and I loved it. Well, for Christmas, he wrote another with us as a snowman and snowwoman who are expert Christmas Tree decorators The snowpeople are supposed to make an uber Christmas tree for Santa, so. the two characters have to travel to the The Forest of Eternity, the Ice Castle of Companionship, the Workshop of Teamwork, and the Gemstone Cave of Love. At each place, the characters get to know each other better and began to love one another. Finally, they are working on the tree and he asks her to marry him. That's when the story ended and he got down on one knee and proposed to me!
It was in front of my entire family (we had gathered for a toast) and it was wonderful. I'm so excited.
And, the ring is beautiful. It's a pretty white pearl with diamond clusters on either side. It's lovely. I'm ecstatic!
