In California
This is my 3rd day in California.
My plane arrived at 5:45 PM (Pacific Time) and Little Mike
and Chantal were there to greet me. We picked up my
luggage & drove from Long Beach up to Ventura.
By 11:00 PM, I had been awake for 26 hours, so I was
completely worn out (along with miniature-jet-lag)..
and for some reason, my right leg stopped working
completely.
I woke up at 11:00 AM the next day (12 perfect hours
of sleep).
All day, yesterday, I pretty-much just sat around &
watched home videos...
Then, Savannah (my friend in Alabama who now lives
in Arizona) arrived to visit for a few days...
We watched more home videos, then we went out to
eat with Little Mike & Chantal at the Urban Cafe.
In Alabama, that would be a pretty controversial name
for a food establishment.
HA!
Excitement begins today.
