His name's Shredder. He only started causing trouble when he learned the Turtles are here, and he probably won't do anything until he knows where they are.

They want to keep things quiet until they figure out what to do.

He looks human, but it's a robotic body...and it's not like a Drakon's, I found out the hard way that he's not in the head. [Yeah Knuckles here is assuming Sonic knows what a Drakon is.]

Huh... not in the head? This'll be interesting. [Who the heck is Drakon?] What should we do about him? Sounds like this guy needs to be stopped, because these types like to cause trouble.
