I implore that we get as many people down to Ingles trail as soon as humanly possible. If we move now, we're more likely to find the culprit of this crime.

We have no time to waste. I'll be there momentarily.

He will be brought into custody, and then a trial will be arranged. A defense attorney will be assigned to him, and a trial will be held to determine his guilt (or perhaps innocence), and a proper sentence for the crimes.

I assure nobody will be killed if the culprit it brought into custody. That's not what we aim to do, we want to help the city, and that would do nothing more than escalate the problem.
