With Dahlia Hawthorne now in the city, we may need to rethink our actions. We are all familiar with the way she operates, and it could very quickly turn for the worse on all of us should we not be careful.
She appears to be acting as if she doesn't know me, though her responses are clearly masking her distaste for the situation.
We should likely amend this situation and figure out a course of action as soon as possible.

The rough drafts have been made. I will transcribe them onto the communicators by Monday afternoon for review. The public may be curious to see what has transpired, however, I don't wish to share it will them until the entirety of the force is in agreement that it's at the very least suitable for the rest of the city's residents to see and perhaps give their input on. Wright and myself use a lot of the census data to put these together, so with luck, they'll suffice.

It seems as if even days later, people are discussing a missing "two days." I can't say I'm not guilty of this two, but what's strange about the situation is the lack of evidence that anything had happened at all during that time. People had moved, food had been eaten. But where did these two days disappear to? I find it unlikely that over the course of forty-eight hours, not one person in this city touched their communicator. In my time here, that seems quite out of character for the city as whole.
Interesting. Another thing to look into, I suppose.
