"It's just a fashion phase," Yabu replied.
"I think it's a sexual attraction," Hikaru said grinning.
"Says the one who practically humped a giant tiger stuffed animal in that Myojo photo shoot we did almost three years ago," Yabu replied amused.
Hikaru froze.
"How do you remember that?" he asked.
"Future blackmail references always come in handy," Yabu replied and Hikaru rolled his eyes.
"Still a brat I see," he said. "Let's hope Boa-san's attracted to that side of you."
Now Takaki Yuya's headphones were on when he passed the dressing room, so the greater part of the conversation was missed. What he manages to hear is 'BoA-san's attracted to that side of you'.
"Oh my God," he whispered. "Oh my God, OH MY GOD!"
Without another word he races to JUMP's practice room.
"Yabu's going out with BoA-san!" he yelled loudly and seven faces turned to him in surprise.
"Yabu-kun likes the female gender?" Yamada asked.
"I knew there was a reason I admired him!" Ryutaro exclaimed happily. "I wonder if they took a purikura yet!"
"Lucky Yabu-kun," Yuto said grinning. "She's so hot."
"This is terrible," Inoo mumbled. "Just terrible."
"Why?" Ryutaro asked. "Yabu-kun is dating a woman! An older woman! Chinen cue the Arashi!"
Chinen laughed as he and Ryutaro started doing a Do-Si-Do to A.RA.SHI.
Keito just sat back and smiled softly at his group mates antics. Daiki however rolled his eyes.
"Takaki, just how did you hear this?" he asked.
"I was walking past the dressing room and I heard Hikaru say that BoA-san was attracted to a certain side of Yabu!"
"I wonder what side that is," Inoo said miserably.
"Who cares!" Ryutaro exclaimed and he and Chinen started singing 'One Love'.
"I am amused that you're so happy about this," Daiki said. "Especially since there's a huge chance that it's not true."
"And why is that?" Ryutaro asked stopping abruptly and Chinen glared at Daiki. They had just gotten to Ohno-kun's solo line.
"Because it came from this guy!" Daiki replied pointing to Takaki who pouted.
"I know what I heard!" he said crossing his arms and Daiki rolled his eyes.
"Sure you did," he said.
"I did!"
"You were probably eavesdropping and heard the wrong thing!"
"Did not!"
"Did too!"
"Did not!"
"Did too!"
"What is going on in here?!" Yabu yelled as he and Hikaru came into the room.
The seven turned to look at Yabu who was still wearing the yellow Boa.
"Boa," Yuto said sighing disappointedly. "Boa."
"Not BoA," Yamada and Chinen said just as disappointed.
"This is an outrage!" Ryutaro yelled.
"And it's yellow," Daiki said smirking.
"And I see glitter," Inoo adding happily. "So Yabu-kun doesn't like girls!"
"Apparently he just likes inanimate objects," Keito said amused.
Hikaru laughed out loud and Yabu frowned. Clearly he was going to have to abandon this phase.
