Quit messing around! You know full well this isn't a surprise at all.

What's your connection to Megumi?

You mean that nurse...? Oh. I know her from the hospital, of course, and I was invited to meet her for coffee. Is there something wrong with that, Tsuzuki-san?

I find it hard to believe that your involvement would be anything so innocent.

Do you plan on being this coy throughout this conversation or can we just cut to the chase?

I'm not certain what you mean by these cruel words, Tsuzuki-san.

Oh, I almost forgot - someone seemed to attack her in the woods and I managed to fend them off. Anything else you need to know~?

I already know what you told her boyfriend, but I know better than to trust the source of that information.

So harsh, Tsuzuki-san. Did you have your coffee this morning?

Stop playing games! That's not why I'm contacting you and you damn well know that!

Ohh~? Then why did you contact me, hmn?

...

You're involved in whatever happened to Megumi, that much I'm pretty certain of. You're never anywhere simply by chance, it's too convenient.

I don't know to what extent, but I'm betting you know something at the very least and it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if you're actually somehow in the thick of it all.

Answer me, what sparked a sudden interest in a nurse you never gave a second glance to before?

Now, now - I see no need to be suspicious. I've seen her about the hospital and merely wanted her advice on something. Whoever it is that has her must have seen our conversation and decided to use it somehow - I was, after all, sent a note. If you want to see it, I do have it, and it's definitely not in my handwriting.

When your name pops up I feel I have every reason to be suspicious. Your past and my involvement to it counts against you.

I doubt the letter is in your writing and I admit I have no proof but a gut feeling, but when you are involved then the feeling is usually right.

Don't you get weary from constantly vilifying me, Tsuzuki-san?

I would like nothing more than to be rid of you completely. Considering we're stuck here, however, I don't think I can afford to become weary.

A pity, Tsuzuki-san. I was beginning to think we were getting closer.

I can assure you, that will never be the case.
