T.V. has lead me to analyze the human accomplishment ad nauseum and I'm unimpressed. Albums of songs peppered with subpar lyrical expression, entrepenuers making sums of money easily obtained by hundreds of others. Working 2 jobs for a total of 16 hours, and then expecting praise in return. I am no longer willing to give some false sense of accomplishment to subpar actions. You've got the jobs because of the circumstances and decisions made by you and those whose actions affect your life. It's like something I was talking about with Brandi months ago about people from North Broward (not all of us wannabe eletists but the ones who dont seem quite so clever) I said if given the same circumstances, same lessons, same faliures, same parent, peers, friends, they could probibly be me just as well as I could. Somehow this struck a chord and she told me it was profound, but at the same time so fucking obvious to me that it would make me think less of someone who wasn't blowing me if they said the same thing. In short all of our piddling accomplishments could be elevated, and should quite frankly, to stratosphereic levels if we really tried and not made an effort in the context which our society recognizes. I'd like someone to look around their feild and have it be for lack of a better word, obvious that they are peerless. Instead of being proud of an A on your paper, or an A on your life, be the one they need to create a new letter for, and only then do you deserve my praise
