Orion called me, "Bad Mommy" tonight after I told him it was bedtime (something he picked up from another kid). I started to freak out on him, but I wasn't me. It triggered the other Jessica. I managed to regain control though so nothing bad happened.
I wonder why that set her off so? I mean, Orion's said it before and I can't stand it so I usually talk to him about it and tell him not to say it anymore. I let him know that it's hurtful, etc. He's 4...I don't expect him to fully get it.
I'll have to remember this to tell my therapist next time I see her.
