009 -- Action/Video/Voice (Bishounen Senshi: Mahō Kishi Spiria!)

[So, denizens of the City, Shing's been a while, and we've all seen him at his best and worst for the short time he's been here. So nothing can faze you all anymore, right?
WRONG.
This time, there's a certain Shing Meteoryte who's playacting the role of the magical boy after having been struck with a particularly lulzy curse.
Anyone who's hanging around Building 11 or has their communicators turned on will see Shing is standing on top of a rooftop near said apartment building, his pose half-dramatic and half-silly. His outfit looks particularly gaudy, and he somehow found a mask that's both FABULOUS and ridiculous. Also, he's got both shoujo sparkles AND shoujo bubbles. Passers-by might even see a few hearts mixed in there, too...
And the worst part of this is that he's totally being serious here.]
