Abney Park
Whee! The Abney Park show was awesome! Got a big gaggle of people to go out, and ran into tanjent (his friend was one of the designers in the steampunk fashion show!). Also saw erynn999, whom I'd only met once before, three years ago - turns out she knows one of our gaggle (another CR person). *cue "It's a Small World After All"*
I had a great time people-watching - steampunk shows are A+ #1 for such - and the band has a lot of terrific songs and is really fun to watch perform.
Even though the audience's outfits were great, there were still some pretty common themes. I couldn't resist deciding to cause some mischief. We'll see if I get any replies.
