Heh. The executive who killed himself was from Hong Kong. His good friend from mainland China, who's the paint supplier (the problem was that the paint has too much lead), cheated him on the cheap paint. The Hong Kong guy didn't know about the paint but he felt that he's responsible. So yeah, China still sucks.
