Running again! (so soon?)
I ran again today. Drew and I went out for the same route as yesterday, but we didn't stop at St. Elmo's for hot chocolate. My knee just hinted at starting to hurt about a quarter mile before we made it home. But running twice in two days? Whhhhaaaaaaaaaa? I haven't run on successive days since March or something like that. Crazytown. I certainly don't expect this to last. :-)
