Why is it that it takes so long to save money and it takes so little time for that savings to disappear?
I wish we would hear from the bank about the short sale, and I wish the people from California would make us an offer.
Zillow.com thinks that our home has lost 8% of its value in September alone. And it is projecting a 25% decline in value before the end of the year. Thank God our neighbors blocked our ability to rent it out. We wouldn't want to defray any of these carrying costs now, would we?
