It's been more than 3 years since I've written and recorded a single song.
I understand that the length of time without writing and recording anything corresponds with the birth of my first child and starting graduate school, neither of which take any time or energy at all.
But still...sometimes I feel like the me that I used to be never was. And I worry that the me that I am now isn't real.
