I don't think I've changed my human nature by being a vegetarian. I think I've made an educated choice.

I wouldn't eat in vitro meat, but it's a cool technology. The engineer in me is excited to see if it can ever be realistically implemented.

Anything that gets us closer to the idea of a Star Trek device that instantly teleports raw materials (at the molecular compound level) to your room, reassembles them into whatever it was you asked for ("tea, Earl Gray, hot") is fine by me. Even a steak.
