I'm in a rut.
I'm not happy with my job. I'm not as excited about my Masters program as I once was. The weather continues to be miserable. We got some info from our mortgage company that said we could refinance for a lower rate to reduce our monthly payment (woohoo) but when I contacted our mortgage broker, she told me that our house has depreciated below the amount we currently owe on the mortgage. So that sucks. And it's also weird, since the City decided that our house has appreciated by almost $10K since we bought it and is using that figure to assess property taxes. Somebody's getting screwed in there, and I'm pretty sure it's me.
Also, we were going to go on vacation but I thought we were going one week and Seaves thought we were going a different week, and her Mom thought it was an entirely different week, and now it's looking like we won't be able to go at all. That sucks. We need a getaway.
