Small Act of Kindness
Hey y'all.
My younger sister, Laura ("La"), is going through some rough times. She's stationed in Korea and it's looking like she'll be spending Christmas by herself. I know that some of you aren't "Christmas" people, but everyone I know that reads this is a kind and thoughtful person (most of the time) and so I ask for one small favor from you.
Can you jot my sister an e-mail now and then to tell her that you're pulling for her and that you value and appreciate the sacrifices she's making as a member of the armed forces? Or just to say hi and tell her what you wore today. Or to ask her to have Mr. Lim make you a custom-tailored suit.
Any of those things would mean a lot to me, and I'm pretty sure they'd mean a lot to her. So take a minute and jot a note: lauramlabroad at gmail dot com
