Completely random odds and ends
Why does Fark.com hate The Sports Guy? I heart his columns, although sometimes the ones about the NBA put me to sleep because I don't like the NBA that much.
With some tips from gleep_glop (and some samples), and with some assistance from Whiff, I used Fruity Loops to lay down a drum track on a song yesterday. Everything still needs to be tweaked--some of the drum sounds, the mix, etc.--but I'm pretty excited about the possibilities. You can take a listen and talk it over.
I've been having crazy weird dreams lately. Some of them have been really vivid and complicated with lots of activity and characters, usually friends, co-workers, distant relatives. Maybe it's because I'm getting a lot of sleep? maybe it's because our bed is so good? maybe it's because I'm crazy?
Lewis Black is a very funny man. But no matter what, the things he jokes about are not funny.
I haven't done very much at work today and I'm feeling bad about it.
EDIT: Also, Yahoo isn't giving me notifications when people leave comments. I just checked and had 12 e-mails. Can't...fight...the urge...to keep...checking...e-mail...now...
