Pretty good little weekend there...
Saturday, nice and sunny, made it a Blockbuster night, so waking up refreshed and in my own bed on Saturday was a pleasant change. Used the opportunity to take a little run at the track in East River park, then stopped by my gym for 1/2 hr lift and Juicy Lucy's for a DISGUSTINGly healthy veggie juice. Got a mani and ventured over to the W. Vill for a samich.
Ran into Caracarn & Misshellion in W. Sq. Pk. and had an interestingly confessional convo pertaining to LJ. Was directed to Gray Dog by companion, whose name I am unfortunately forgetting, but the fact that I met her ONCE and she's the one I recognized should make up for it. Had a slice @ Goodfellas kitchen instead & wandered over to the Hudson Pier, also known as SAN FRANCISCO to check out the gay men jump-roping and basking in the sun.
Took a trip out to WBerg (my second, ever - 1st was Touchfaith's birthday) for a loft party/concert. Ran into random Columbia hipsters and such. Had a pretty good time despite possibility of hearing loss and lung cancer.
Rehashed day after with folks in Tomkins Sq. Pk. All in all, not bad.
