- Friendly, but naturally quiet; it's just her default
- Introvert; turns inward and keeps everything inside - hurt, conflict, confusion - even when this doesn't do anything but hurt her
- Solitary; when upset, holes herself up, and can get cold and snippy if someone tries to stop her
- Can get lost in her thoughts and issues, and this dwelling can and often does lead to... well, emo
- Just because she's quiet and somewhat shy, that doesn't necessarily mean she's meek and mild, too
- Has a (both younger and older) sisterly attitude towards her friends
- When relaxed with them, she's playful-competitive, teasing, energetic, optimistic, cheerful, etc.
- Worries and looks out for them, always there to protect and support
- Her friends are her everything. Without them, she has no stability or purpose
- More emotionally fragile than she realizes
- There are certain subjects that, when breached, can trigger complete breakdowns
- In that way, her emotions tend to be in the extremes; when she's happy, she's happy, when she's hurt and upset, she's hurt and upset
- She can't hide behind masks because she wears her heart on her sleeve, her face, the front of her shirt...
- She just feels so strongly that can't keep her emotions to herself, though she tries so hard to do so. The effect of her trying to hold things in is that it can be hard to tell that something is bothering her until she finally snaps
- This means that though she has a "turn inward" personality, she is also a "lash out" type, and her lashes take the form of verbal jabs and sometimes even very brief physical attacks (for example, she'd knee you in the balls and then run for it)
- However, she's conflict-avoidant, and since she can't use emotional masks, she literally runs away, removing herself from a situation or room and staying away until she's ready to deal with it
- Insecure about who she is as a person; uncertain about her role/purpose in life
- However, when she's in a comfortable setting, she can feel confident in her abilities
- Determined; when she sets her mind to something, she follows through, no matter the personal sacrifice
- Curious and observant, and takes delight in exploring new places and meeting new people
- However, just because she's smart and has a brain and all that, it doesn't mean she makes the best decisions. When uncertain, she flies by the seat of her heart
- Empathetic, sympathetic, altruistic, all that jazz; she can put herself in people's shoes and feel their pain
