An extended interview w/ JK. Some folks on spoil_me_dh point out that the first part of the Snape bit is missing, the transcript doesn't reveal that JO SAYS SNAPE IS A HERO (somewhat)!

ETA: I've just learned that during the live webchat JK describes Snape as an anti-hero AND heroic. Woman, make up your mind! She still doesn't like him though, it's pretty clear. I will try to post a link to transcripts when available, or if someone sees a link before I do, they are free to post it.
