anyone find it Ironic that a place where for 3 decades punk bands have been singing anti-government is saved by the government.

"It failed to notice that monies were outstanding for four years." That kind of failure takes a serious effort. I like to think I had a positive effect on MY neighborhood, too, but did anybody let MY rent slide for four years? Oh no.
