About the paper...

how strong a stance are we supposed to take? Obviously globalization is not ALL promise or ALL peril so how are people stating their thesis' in a way that doesn't sound very one-sided and ignorant?

I had the same exact question! I have no idea whether it should be really one sided or 'in this situation, bla bla bla' ish. Yeah that didn't make sense.

obviously you take a stance, but like with the soph speeches, you've got to also give some time for the positives of the other side... but then explain why your sides issues outweigh those.
