Besiktas have announced they're Officially In Talks for Ricky. Whether that actually means anything, I have no idea -- apparently they make these announcements to make their shareholders happy, or something. It's anyone's guess whether it'll actually happen or not, but based on the explosion of Turkish fans in Inter forums, Besiktas supporters are VERY EXCITED about the possibility.
